I specialize in the Montgomery County I-270 corridor, mostly residential, in Potomac, North Potomac, Bethesda, Rockville, Gaithersburg, and Germantown. Experienced in both listing and selling all price ranges and changing market conditions since 1983, with creative marketing and financing strategies. Have experience with buyers and sellers in all price ranges. Prior to my Real Estate career, I received my BS in Business and Economics from the University of Maryland, am a Veteran of 4 years in the US Army Security Agency, have worked for international corporate companies, have been married since 1973, and have 3 teenagers- two boys and a girl.
Special Interest/Hobbies
Real Estate takes up most of my time, but I am also active in the local Chambers of Commerce, the Montgomery County Board of Realtors, and local city and county business and political issues. I often swim, occassionally golf, have real estate investments, and am quite familiar with the quality of the local schools and am spectator at many teen sporting events- especially soccer, basketball, ice hockey, ice skating, and dance shows. Have traveled extensively in Asia and Europe for business and pleasure. Recently certified Scuba Diver. We also have two cats. I am happy to say we have made many lasting friendships with our real estate clients in the years we have lived here in Montgomery County.
