My sellers know I devote a substantial amount of time and effort to staging and presentation, in order to skillfully market their homes and neighborhoods through the Internet, paid advertising, and printed materials. My buyers rely on my savvy contract writing, solid command of negotiation and “street smarts” - my three team members and I grew up in the area and know the neighborhoods down to the shortcuts and back alleys!

- I have been a licensed agent since 1994, working with both buyers and sellers, focusing on the District of Columbia and Montgomery County.
- In 2005, I was elected by my peers to serve on the 2005-2006 Board of Directors of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR) which represents over 9,000 REALTORS© and industry-related professionals in Washington DC and Montgomery County.
- Currently, I’m serving my fourth one-year term on the GCAAR Contracts and Clauses Committee which has helped me develop a wide breadth of knowledge about the contract paperwork crucial to real estate transactions.
- As a Certified Buyer Representative - a nationally recognized designation, with training on laws regarding duty, disclosure and documentation requirements, as well as effective negotiating on the buyer's behalf, - I offer my clients the benefit of my thorough, and continuing, education.
