Bill also works with buyers and helps with the many details involved in our day to day operations. Most of the effort involved in selling a home centers around the marketing details - advertising, internet, brochures, phone calls, scheduling showings, and inspections. There is a tremendous amount of paperwork and phone time to make things happen smoothly.
No single agent can offer you the support, expertise or attention to detail that our team can! We've found that most people just want to be treated fairly and honestly. We don't put on a lot of airs. You won't find us in starched collars or high heels. With the long hours we work, we've found comfortable clothing is the only way to go and we want you to feel at home and comfortable with us. We'd rather work in an open relationship in which you feel comfortable asking any questions you may have and expect to receive answers you understand.
