Rob served as a U.S. Coast Guard Officer and search & rescue helicopter pilot for 26 years and retired as a Captain before starting his Real Estate career in 1996. He was a top-producing agent at several prominent companies before joining Keller Williams in September of 2007 as The Hardman Team with his son Sam and their client care coordinator, Stephanie Stringer. Karen Rummel is the newest agent on the team.
Rob’s wife, Sue, is a graduate of Virginia Theological Seminary and was ordained in the National Cathedral in Washington. They have two sons, Sam and Tom.
Rob & Sam work with a lot of military people and first time homebuyers. Since the majority of their business is by referral, their goal is to provide their clients with world-class service that exceeds the client’s expectations.
